We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and increase brand visibility in our core markets. The Marketing Manager will leverage deep market knowledge and a strong understanding of our customers and competitors to drive Monaban Trading &Farming go-to-market strategy, sales messaging and positioning, content and collateral generation, and market research.
The ideal candidate
· Leads the Marketing Department and assists Executive and Sales Management leadership in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products, solutions and services.
· Sets and manages marketing budget and analyze marketing programs, adjusts strategy, tactics to increase effectiveness.
Requirements & Expectations
Master’s Degree in Marketing with 5+ years’ experience in relevant business experience in similar positions.
